How it works
When working, a drum with multiple rows of suction holes is used, Firstly, vacuum adsorption seeds are formed in the drum, When rotating above the seedling tray, a low-pressure airflow is formed in the drum to release seeds for sowing, Then, high-pressure airflow is formed in the drum to wash the suction hole, and then vacuum adsorption seeds are re-formed in the drum to enter the next cycle of sowing. It is suitable for high-efficiency precision planters in large and medium-sized nursery farms, suitable for most seeds such as flowers and vegetables, and the sowing accuracy can reach 99% (for clean and regular seeds).

The pneumatic drum type vegetable seedling plug seeder consists of a soil loading system, a plate loading system, a hole pressing system, a plug conveying system, a seeding system and a soil covering and sprinkling system. It has six advantages:
- Simple operation, full-automatic control, and 2-3 people can operate;
- Accurate seeding, with a qualified rate of over 97%;
- Continuous and efficient, the pneumatic drum seed metering device runs continuously without impact, and can sow up to 600-1200 discs per hour;
- It is not easy to block and has an automatic cleaning device;
- Strong adaptability, plastic plug or foam plug with specifications of 60, 72, 105, 128 and 200 can be configured according to customer requirements;
- Strong seed adaptability. By changing the seed metering device, round and flat seeds with diameters between 0.5-3.0 mm can be sown for vegetables, tobacco and flowers.
